New Spock

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of a new Mr. Spock! We have been noticing that our dear, old, faithful Mr. Spock was becoming a little ragged from all the field work he has been doing over the last 2 years. Since he has worked hard, we decided to reward him with an update - new clothes, new infrastructure. We are happy to report that he remains the same ol' Spock, eager to discover new territory and to go where he has never been before.

The two Mr. Spocks, and friend, saying "hello" and "goodbye".

Day six at National Jewish Health

We met with Dr. Kasperbauer and Jennifer Faber-Gerling together this morning. Just a quick up-date on Dr. Kasperbauer's new puppy that arrived on Mother's Day, a Newfypoo (Newfoundland Poodle mix). We also talked about upcoming events and how I was doing during the impedance test.

The highlight of the day, at 1 p.m., was the removal of the impedance tube and freedom from the monitor. I also began taking the second antibiotic, azithromycin. Like the rifampin I will take it three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
