Productive day

Our last day in the Boston/Providence area and lots to do.  We started out with a 10:15 am One to One session at the Providence Mall Apple store.  This morning Jay continued to help us get control of our photos.  Liz had started with us last week, and this morning I think we finally figured out how to upload pictures to the computer and then have them live somewhere so that they don't keep showing up every day - all 2000 pictures.  Jay also showed us how to delete photos from my phone so that I won't run out of space.  All the pictures are saved to my computer, so I will only keep a selected group on the phone.  You wouldn't think that would take an hour, but it did.

Jay helping us get a handle on the photos.  He thought we had deleted this photo, but I pulled it back from the "trash".

We had an appointment in East Providence at 11:45 am, and then we drove over to the Seekonk Sam's  Club.

Meet Marina, our favorite cashier at Sam's Club who was working today so we got to see her.  For years we always went to Sam's on Saturdays and got into Marina line, no matter how long.  Peter, you probably remember Marina.  It was a real pleasure to see her and to catch up on the family news.

After Sam's we travelled over to Warwick for a follow-up dentist appointment.  We then drove to Garden City, stopping at REI, for some light weight hiking socks, on the way.  We are almost finished with the chocolate that we got from the chocolate factory tour in Savannah. I've been reading that it is important to eat a little dark chocolate every day to keep the blood flowing so we went to Sweenor's in Garden City, another artisan chocolate place. I think we got enough dark chocolate to keep us for the next month or so. We'll be looking for good Canadian chocolate.

Leaving Garden City we saw it! There it was, the new Container Store!!  We made a quick dash in to pick up a few items and found some neat new items.  I now feel ready to travel to Canada.
