Sky Guide

It turns out that the Miami Container Store is less than 10 miles from where we are camped. We had some items to return and a few items that we wanted to add, but, of course, once we got in the store a number of ideas hit us and we ended up getting quite a bit more than we had planned.

Booty from the Container store.

Frederick got some materials to mount a magazine and paper organizer behind the dinette bench that was just unused space. It was his own idea and design. We got some file pouches and velcro and presto! organization out of chaos!

Nifty organizer!

I'm really excited about a new app I downloaded last night. It is called Sky Guide and all you have to do is hold your iPhone or iPad up to the night sky and it will identify stars and constellations as well as all other types of intriguing night sky viewings.  Frederick was just looking at it and we saw a satellite traveling across the sky.  Of course it is cloudy out tonight so we can't see any stars, but we can still point the iPad and it will show us what is behind the clouds. Fantastic!

  1. Very smart use of space for things that would fly around in transit or just get stacked.
