What did we expect??!! This is the Seattle area - the Seattle area gets rain. It began last night, continued all day and the forecast it for rain for the next six days; but you can't really count on a six day forecast, can you?? I'm really proud of us though, we made good use of the indoor-time to do some long-range planning, i.e., the next few months. Reservations - airline and hotel - have to be planned for and made. The holidays are fast approaching, and we'll be ready!
We debated the title of today's blog - Frederick suggested, "Life in a gravel pit." The best that I can say about this RV park, well, two things, is that the price is right and it's only 1 1/2 miles to a Costco. When we woke up this morning, in the rain, and looked out the bedroom window, all I could say is, "This is an unlovely place." We have been in so many magnificent places that I guess we can tolerate one like this. Enough complaining - the sun will come out eventually.
